Banned Customers

The new Banned Customers [1] tab can be accessed in the Settings screen, providing Team Managers/Administrators with a look at which customers have been banned by agents on the LiveChat channel, as well as various details on each particular case.

Select the “Channel”, “Asset” and “Website”. Click the Add New [2] button to insert a new banned IP or use the Search [3] button to view an existing one.

Once the IP details are inserted, the lower portion of the screen [4] will display the following fields:

  • “IP Start Range”.
  • “IP End Range”.
  • “Banned By” (who banned the customer).
  • “Banned On” (date of the ban).
  • “Reason” (what caused the banning).
  • “Actions” (what was done in the aftermath).
