On this page you can:
- View or search for users on the Do-Not-Disturb (DND) list.
- Deregister users from DND list.
- Select the desired team in the Customer Care Console .
- Click on Settings .
- Under “MANAGE”, select Do-Not-Disturb List .
- Select the time period for the search .
- Select the channel from the drop-down list .
- Click on View .
Once a search has been completed, you can deactivate the DND option for a customer. The customer will start receiving messages once more.
To do this, click on the cross icon of the relevant customer.
