Do-Not-Disturb List

On this page you can:

  • View or search for users on the Do-Not-Disturb (DND) list.
  • Deregister users from DND list.

Searching for Users on the DND List

  1. Select the desired team in the Customer Care Console [1].
  2. Click on Settings [2].
  3. Under “MANAGE”, select Do-Not-Disturb List [3].
  4. Select the time period for the search [4].
  5. Select the channel from the drop-down list [5].
  6. Click on View [6].

Deregistering Users from the DND List

Once a search has been completed, you can deactivate the DND option for a customer. The customer will start receiving messages once more.
To do this, click on the cross icon of the relevant customer.
