Get Started    

Client facing reports display various metrics and logs that review all the interactions that customers have had with agents. There are trend charts, and offline and online reports for reviewing how agents are communicating with customers over specific channels at a higher granularity than the dashboard.

You can find these reports by clicking on the Reports [1] icon.
