As a Client Admin you can create tags that are available across all the different teams in Talkdesk Omnichannel. These Tenant-level Tags will be available by default in all the teams and cannot be disabled by the team managers for their teams.

Adding a Tenant-level Tag

  1. In the Admin Console, select Settings [1].
  2. Select Tags [2].
  3. Give a name to the tag and click on ADD TAG [3].
    Once added, the tag will be available in all the teams in active mode.
  4. Click SAVE CHANGES [4].
