Client Admins can view team-wise trends of chats traffic and performance metrics in the form of visualizations. These can be viewed and downloaded for weekly, daily, hourly and up to 15-minute intervals. The charts can be downloaded in different formats such as: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG vector, CSV, XLS.

Analyzing Current Trends

  1. Click on Trends [1].
  2. Click on the Hamburger Menu [2] to view the data used to create a specific chart.
  3. Select View data table [3].
